We're a sub-brand of Containered, a Melbourne construction company that has been building modular structures since 2018. When our own team started losing hours to noise, we built a pod for the workshop. Then another. Then someone asked if we could build one for their office.
Meeting Pods was the answer. Every pod is designed, engineered, and assembled at our facility in Melbourne's inner-west. No third-party factories. No flat-pack. No compromises on acoustic performance.

Every pod goes through the same four stages at our Melbourne facility. Nothing is outsourced. The team that takes your brief is the same team that cuts the steel and fits the glass.
See the Range →We start with your space. Dimensions, office layout, acoustic requirements, finish preferences. For Classic Series orders this is a single conversation — for custom builds it becomes a full design brief.
The structural frame is fabricated from mild steel at our inner-west workshop. Acoustic insulation panels are fitted and tested before cladding goes on. Our standard build hits Rw 38dB; custom builds can reach Rw 50dB.
OSB interior lining, LED ceiling bar, power outlets, sliding glass door, Amber hardware. Every surface is fitted and finished before the pod leaves our facility — it arrives at your site ready to plug in.
Our own team delivers and installs every pod. We don't use freight companies. If something needs adjusting on-site, we fix it before we leave. That's the benefit of working directly with the people who built it.
We don't compromise on STC ratings to hit a price point. Our standard pods hit Rw 38dB and we'll tell you exactly what that means for your space.

Jake runs the design brief process and oversees every custom build. Former commercial fit-out carpenter with 12 years in Melbourne construction before starting Containered.
Workshop Manager
Sam manages the build floor and acoustic QC. Every pod that leaves the facility has been signed off by Sam. 8 years in structural steel fabrication, 4 years with Containered.
Client & Install Lead
Priya manages enquiries, site consultations, and the install team. If you've sent us an email, you've likely spoken to Priya. She also heads up our showroom visits.
